Our Providers

Dr. Finn completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology degree at Centre College, Danville, KY in 1990. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, continuing his residency at the University of Louisville and Kosair Children’s Hospitals from 1998-2001. He joined Kentucky Pediatric/ Adult Research and Physicians to Children and Adolescents in 2001.

Dr. Finn is currently the primary Principal Investigator (PI) for all KPAR trials. As of August, 2025, he has served as PI for over 93 Phase I-IV clinical trials, as SubInvestigator on more than 300 trials and has been Lead Investigator on several trials.

Dr. Finn is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  He participates in various roles within the Kentucky Chapter of the AAP. He is a committe member of the Summer Continuing Medical Education Conference and is currently the editor of the chapters newletter.

Dr. Finn and his wife Ellen live in Bardstown. They have 4 daughters, and 2 grandchildren.
